留村毛主席路居地文化園位于山西省呂梁市石樓縣，占地面積約 32 畝，建筑面積約760平米。項目聚焦經(jīng)典紅色遺址和紀念景觀(guān)方向，針對主題文化和場(chǎng)地環(huán)境一體化改造更新，構筑新農村紅色主題文化園，帶動(dòng)石樓地區文旅產(chǎn)業(yè)的升級發(fā)展。

　　The Culture Park of Chairman Mao Passing Residence in Liu Village is located in Shilou County, Lvliang City, Shanxi Province, which covering an area of about 32 Mu and with a construction area of about 760㎡. The project focuses on the direction of classic red ruins and memorial landscape, aims at the integrated transformation and renewal of theme culture and site environment, constructs a new rural red theme cultural park, and drives the upgrading and development of cultural and tourism industry in Shilou area.

　　留村毛主席路居地文化園，是紅軍東征時(shí)毛主席的路居地和千古絕句《沁園春·雪》的創(chuàng )作地，也是我黨抗日統一戰線(xiàn)思想的發(fā)源地，具有重要的革命教育意義和歷史文化價(jià)值；項目改造重點(diǎn)呈現場(chǎng)地的紀念意義和場(chǎng)所精神，如東征主題形象墻用浮雕藝術(shù)的形式講述東征歷史中重要的人物和事件，將毛主席著(zhù)名詩(shī)篇《沁園春·雪》以景觀(guān)展墻的方式呈現出來(lái)，同時(shí)關(guān)聯(lián)“紀念公園、展示陳列館、紅色教育基地”系統主題化營(yíng)造，聚焦提升紅色主題文化概念，在原項目基礎上通過(guò)現代的設計思路充分挖掘塑造在地紅色主題文化。

　　The Culture Park of Chairman Mao Passing Residence in Liu Village is the passing residence of Chairman Mao during the Red Army's eastern expedition and the creation place of the eternal quatrain – “Spring in a Pleasure Garden · Snow”. It is also the birthplace of the Anti-Japanese United Front Thought of the Communist Party of China, which has important revolutionary educational significance and historical and cultural value. The reconstruction of the project focuses on presenting the memorial significance and spirit of the site, for example, the theme image wall of the eastern expedition is in the form of relief art, which tells important figures and events in the history of the eastern expedition, and the Chairman Mao's famous poem “Spring in a Pleasure Garden · Snow” is presented in the form of landscape exhibition wall. The systematic thematic construction of "Memorial Park, Exhibition Hall and Red Education Base" are united, which focus on improving the concept of red theme culture, and fully excavate and shape the local red theme culture through modern design ideas based on the original project.

　　園區場(chǎng)地環(huán)境一體化改造更新

　　Integrated Transformation and Renewal of Park Site Environment

　　留村毛主席路居地文化園改造更新以尊重和再現歷史為原則，注重因地制宜、發(fā)掘場(chǎng)地現有條件，根據空間功能劃分為六個(gè)片區，入口形象區、主題景觀(guān)區、展陳展示區、主席路居地風(fēng)貌還原區、會(huì )議接待及配套區和歷史風(fēng)貌場(chǎng)景展示區。

　　Based on the principle of respecting and reproducing history, the Culture Park of Chairman Mao Passing Residence in Liu Village focuses on adjusting measures to local conditions and exploring the existing conditions of the site. According to the spatial functions, it is divided into six areas: entrance image area, theme landscape area, exhibition area, chairman passing residence scene restoration area, conference reception and supporting area and historical scene display area.

　　入口處利用之字形流線(xiàn)消解高差的同時(shí)，增加進(jìn)入場(chǎng)地的隱蔽性和紀念性；之字形路與主題景觀(guān)大道交點(diǎn)設置東征主題形象墻。與主題形象墻遙相呼應的圓形廣場(chǎng)中心，放置原場(chǎng)地保留下來(lái)的毛主席雕像，兩處雕塑節點(diǎn)之間以大地藝術(shù)的形式，營(yíng)造 “千里冰封，萬(wàn)里雪飄”的景觀(guān)意境；主席路居地院落入口區域利用現狀大樹(shù)，配合毛石矮墻、坐凳、樹(shù)池以及大面積礫石鋪地塑造院外過(guò)渡景觀(guān)的休閑空間。

　　The zigzag streamline is used at the entrance to eliminate the elevation difference and increase the concealment and commemoration of entering the site. At the intersection of zigzag road and theme landscape avenue, the theme image wall of the eastern expedition is set, while in the center of the circular square echoing the theme image wall, the statue of Chairman Mao retained in the original site is placed. Between the two sculpture nodes, the landscape artistic conception of " hundreds of leagues ice-bound go, thousands of leagues flies snow" is created in the form of earth art. In the entrance area of the courtyard of chairman passing residence, the existing trees are used, together with rubble low walls, benches, tree pools and a large area of gravel paving to create a leisure space for the transition landscape outside the courtyard.

　　落地結合西北地區傳統夯土擋墻的形式，將夯土技術(shù)應用在景觀(guān)擋土墻及景觀(guān)空間的分割，同耐候鋼板及石材等現代材料結合，既體現出現代文化品質(zhì)，又達到回歸自然、重塑本源的設計效果，絕大部分工程依靠當地原生農民完成，以低成本的方式滿(mǎn)足鄉村改造的訴求。

　　Combined with the traditional form of rammed earth retaining wall in Northwest China, rammed earth technology is applied to the division of landscape retaining wall and landscape space, combined with modern materials such as weather resistant steel plate and stone, which not only reflects the quality of modern culture, but also achieves the design effect of returning to nature and reshaping the origin. Most of the projects are completed by local native farmers, which meet the requirements of rural transformation in a low-cost way.

　　留村毛主席路居地文化園的規劃落地，完善了原址的硬件服務(wù)，加強了原址的紀念性，豐富了原址的教育內容，可以充分發(fā)揮革命原址及革命文物在開(kāi)展愛(ài)國主義教育、培育社會(huì )主義核心價(jià)值觀(guān)、實(shí)現中華民族偉大復興中國夢(mèng)中的重要作用，為紅軍東征歷史的研究提供了更多的內容與不同的視角。

　　The planning of the Culture Park of Chairman Mao Passing Residence in Liu Village has improved the hardware service of the original site, strengthened the commemoration of the original site, and enriched the educational content of the original site, which also give full play to the important role of the original revolutionary site and revolutionary cultural relics in carrying out patriotic education, cultivating socialist core values and realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. It also provides more content and different perspectives for the study of the history of the Red Army's eastern expedition.

　　本次留村毛主席路居地文化園項目以文化扶持的方式，對原有留村客棧人文風(fēng)貌和景觀(guān)環(huán)境進(jìn)行全方位的挖掘提升，因地制宜原生場(chǎng)地材料的結合再現，實(shí)現鄉村文旅主題化、低成本的改造更新模式，帶動(dòng)區域旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)和教育產(chǎn)業(yè)的雙向發(fā)展。

　　The Culture Park of Chairman Mao Passing Residence in Liu Village comprehensively excavates and improves the humanistic style and landscape environment of the original Liu Village Inn in the way of cultural support, combines and reproduces the original site materials according to local conditions, realizes the thematic and low-cost transformation and renewal mode of rural cultural tourism, and drives the two-way development of regional tourism industry and education industry.
