北京GBD藝術(shù)區景觀(guān)概念設計

摘要

　　GBD 北花園藝術(shù)特區處在北京走向未來(lái)的連接線(xiàn)上。從天安門(mén)一線(xiàn)向東，行車(chē)20分鐘，長(cháng)安街和通惠河南岸就是GBD。GBD 地處北京市新地圖的東沿，它定位于城市中心與衛星城結合部的新版圖城市，集多種樣式于一身，并包容在從北京城市文化中上升的大高碑店文化里。GBD 是最具當代性和開(kāi)放性的空間實(shí)驗。

　　"雜"是GBD 創(chuàng )造夢(mèng)想的獨特方式。實(shí)現藝術(shù)、創(chuàng )意和商業(yè)融生的城市夢(mèng)想需要的是一種雜的狀態(tài)和方向。在產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上要求上下游緊密配合，形成無(wú)數自成一體的微觀(guān)生態(tài)，在空間布局和經(jīng)營(yíng)內容上要求犬牙交錯。GBD積極引入視覺(jué)商業(yè)。一個(gè)是為區域本身提供的消費場(chǎng)所，最主要的是為藝術(shù)品生產(chǎn)和創(chuàng )意產(chǎn)業(yè)提供市場(chǎng)購買(mǎi)的能量。GBD 將打造包括設計型酒店、酒店式公寓、餐飲、酒吧、高級時(shí)裝品牌商店、家居體驗館在內的綜合視覺(jué)商業(yè)消費場(chǎng)所。這些場(chǎng)所一方面直接從創(chuàng )意產(chǎn)業(yè)獲得設計產(chǎn)品，另一方面在獲得當代藝術(shù)啟迪的同時(shí)為當代藝術(shù)提供了溝通的平臺。

　　GBD藝術(shù)區的景觀(guān)設計是一項富有挑戰的設計，它不但要求實(shí)現一個(gè)設計最基本的功能需求，而且要更多地去創(chuàng )新去實(shí)驗，將"雜"的理念深入景觀(guān)設計中，并且要很好的連接時(shí)間和空間維度上看似混雜的各種元素，做到雜而不亂，雜而有序。

　　如何營(yíng)造藝術(shù)區的氣氛，營(yíng)造連續性的，變化的景觀(guān)，風(fēng)格和活力相和諧的人性化的互動(dòng)性的街區成為了本次設計的重點(diǎn)。

Abstract
